After interviewing five finalists Rosemount City Council members voted 4-1 Tuesday to offer their city administrator job to Homer Glenn, Ill., administrator Dwight Johnson.

It's been a tough summer so far for Lake Superior charter captains


Charter fishing captain Peter Dahl snugged his boat, the "Hooker Too," into its berth at the Waterfront Plaza Marina on Monday afternoon. In his cooler lay seven lake trout that his clients had caught that day on Lake Superior.

The Rosemount City Council will host a public reception for the five finalists to become the next City Administrator. The event will take place from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Council chambers at Rosemount City Hall. The Council is expected to offer the position to one of the candidates on July 22.
