Vice president Beverly Beck opened the meeting of the Falls Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Nov. 4.
Bonnie Erickson, I-CEO, reported on the integration of Falls Memorial Hospital with the local Duluth Clinic-International Falls. The integration will result in the local clinic becoming a department of the hospital. A new name will be selected for the newly formed entity. The integrated facility will work to improve health care services for the International Falls and the surrounding area. A new board will also be in place.
